Join Donna from The Little Calm Company to find out more about helpful ways to incorporate stretching and breathing techniques into your day and help to ease neck tension, back pain and rounded shoulders. Some of these movements will coincide with posture improving yoga exercises and awareness to help improve office environment aches and pains.

Find your calm and rebalance your energy with improved posture.
There is no need to change out of your work clothes and yoga mats are provided.  This is is a great chance to take a break and chill in the perfect setting, you’ll be amazed what can be achieved in a 20 minute session!

There are two sessions to choose from at either 1pm or 1.30pm.
