Summer is here and we’re bringing the seaside to Lakeside!

Occupiers are invited to join us on Thursday 13 July from 12noon to 2pm, for some fun in the sun around the water located next to Building 2000 – just head to the beach and beach huts.

Pull up a deck chair, build a sand castle and enjoy the relaxed vibe with live music provided by the talented Karizma Duo.

There will be delicious street food on offer and everyone can have a go on the coconut shy, hook a duck, tin can alley and test your strength fairground stalls – with prizes to be won!

All occupiers are welcome*, please let us know if are planning to be beside the seaside at Lakeside by clicking the RSVP on your My Lakeside app.

*This event is only open to occupiers and staff who work on site at Lakeside.

From 1pm we’ll be serving a royal lunch with special commemorative cupcakes for all of our occupiers to enjoy.  There’ll also be patriotic musical accompaniment provided by the very talented trio ‘It’s all in the Swing’.

Run the  fast, flat and virtually traffic-free 5 mile course. This is the 76th anniversary of the event. The start and finish are within the Lakeside North Harbour, with free parking close to the start, finish and registration. There is also an extensive prize list.
