National Customer Service Week (NCSW) is a week-long celebration of service excellence highlighting the importance of outstanding Customer Service, which we hope to provide to our occupiers every day.
Whilst appreciation is due all year round for great service delivery, this special week provides us with suitable opportunity for targeted recognition. Please help us by nominating anyone in our front of house team who you believe deserves an award in any of the following categories:
• Outstanding visitor feedback award
• ‘Made my Day’ award
• Service Star of the Year
