King George V Football Complex – Wednesday 25 September
Get ready for some friendly competition and loads of fun at the Lakeside World Cup Five-a-Side Football Tournament on Wednesday 25th September from 12noon to 2pm at the King George V Football Complex — next to Lakeside.
This event is the perfect opportunity for everyone working at the Lakeside Business Campus to come together, whether you’re on the pitch playing or cheering from the sidelines. Companies are invited to assemble their best five-a-side teams (five players plus reserves) and compete for the prestigious Lakeside Trophy. That’s not all—there are also cash vouchers up for grabs, and the player who stands out the most will be awarded the Player of the Tournament prize!
The tournament is open to mixed teams of all abilities, so don’t worry if you’re not a football pro—everyone is welcome to join in the fun. Even if you’re not playing, we encourage you to come along and support your colleagues. The more, the merrier!
