Weekly bootcamp classes with our local wellbeing gurus, Sweat Southsea, are back!
Not ready to go back to the gym yet? We’ve got you covered. We’re working with Sweat Southsea to run weekly bootcamp classes throughout September.
Sweat Outdoors is a fun, inclusive session that everyone can enjoy regardless of fitness levels.
