Having completed her Business Admin apprenticeship at Lakeside, Fabiha become an integral part of the team. She is passionate about promoting apprenticeships, speaking to young people as part of National Apprenticeships Week about the opportunities the path can open.
Fabiha said, “I am hugely proud to be named a finalist for the National GTA Awards alongside such a talented group of apprentices. It was a clear route for me, and really helped to broaden my understanding of working in a corporate environment. I have worked to promote the benefits of apprentices, encouraging students and young people to consider this education path. Since completing my apprenticeship, and winning Best in Business Apprentice of the Year, I have taken on a full time roll at Lakeside which I love – proof that hard work really pays off!”
